Key Features

Custody Grade Accuracy

Achieves ±0.4 mm accuracy and ±0.1 mm sensitivity for true custody grade performance and precise inventory measurement.

Ground Level Calibration

Infrared Smart Flash Calibration allows calibration and configuration from the ground without opening the housing or entering hazardous areas, improving safety and reducing technician time.

Low Maintenance Design

Brushless servo motor system with minimal moving parts extends service intervals and uptime, even in harsh or viscous applications.

Multi Protocol Communication

Integrates easily through L&J Tankway, Modbus, HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, WirelessHART, and legacy emulation for seamless retrofit projects.

Density and Interface Measurement

Integrated measurement of product density and BS&W provides complete custody data including product level, interface layers, and sediment or water detection.

High Pressure and Cryogenic Capability

Operates from –40 °C to +315 °C and rated up to 300 psi, suitable for LPG, LNG, asphalt, and other demanding service environments.

Global Hazardous Area Certifications

Certified to UL, ATEX, CENELEC, and CE standards for worldwide compliance in Class I, Division 1 hazardous environments.

Expandable Control Options

Supports up to four discrete relays for pump, valve, and safety interlocks, enabling automated process control.

Applications

  • Custody Transfer Measurement: Ensures metrologically accurate transfers with ±0.4 mm accuracy, meeting stringent OIML and API standards for fiscal measurement.
  • Product Level and Inventory Management: Provides stable, drift free product level tracking even in tanks with vapor, foam, agitation, or turbulence, enabling reliable inventory reconciliation and real time terminal automation.
  • Interface and BS&W Detection: Identifies product and water interfaces and sediment levels to maintain product quality and prevent contamination or off spec shipments.
  • Density and Temperature Profiling: Calculates product density and monitors temperature for custody transfer, product classification, and volume correction with audit ready reporting.
  • Pressurized LPG and LNG Storage: Available in 150 psi and 300 psi designs for accurate level measurement in high pressure or volatile liquid storage environments.
  • Valve and Pump Control: Includes control features such as valve and pump control, discrete inputs and outputs, and support for up to four dry contacts for local automation and alarms.
