Our Story

Founded in 1976, L&J Technologies has been a leader in bulk liquid storage level measurement and control. What began with advanced electronic tank gauging has grown into a complete portfolio of solutions that help customers accurately track liquid inventory, meet regulatory requirements, and operate with confidence.

Since 2024, as part of Cognesense, we’ve expanded our innovation pipeline, integrated AI-ready monitoring systems, and extended our reach to serve more customers globally—all while staying focused on our mission: enabling safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible bulk liquid storage operations.
