The Varec® 6700 Liquid Level Indicator (LLI) is designed for terminal operators, refinery engineers, environmental compliance managers, and facility operators who need continuous, power-free tank-side level visibility on atmospheric and low-pressure fixed-roof, cone-roof, and bolted storage tanks.

Unlike powered radar, ultrasonic, or magnetostrictive level gauges that depend on field wiring and periodic calibration, the 6700 LLI is a mechanical float-and-tape gaugeboard: a 316 SS float follows product level, cable movement drives a high-contrast target along a large-format vinyl-faced aluminum board, and operators read innage directly from the ground.

Full-travel boards cover tanks to approximately 62 ft (23 m), and half-travel configurations extend to approximately 97 ft (29 m) for tall vessels. Resolution is 1 in (25 mm), sufficient for daily inventory reconciliation, operational monitoring, and site-level reporting.
